This is a captured North Korean 'P-4' class small submarine. Notice her bow? That eye bolt like thing? Its likely that is for towing the sub long distances using a trawler or freighter. A North Korea cargo ship could tow her to the US West coast and release her once its in range then pick her up later. |
Well I'm strictly a layman but I wouldent trust a 'long tow at sea' to that wimpy lil eye bolt.
