Be positive (no, I dont mean "I'm positive, it won't help"
). I've had few instances where I have needed to contact support for lost cd keys and such and they've always been helpful.
Tho, don't know how the issue is with something like that. I mean, can they somehow verify your copy, that you actually own a legit copy?
