LOL! So true Jim.. my use of the word poor was as follows..

poor (pʊr)

Eliciting or deserving pity; pitiable: couldn't rescue the poor fellow.

Although a few other definitions might also apply..
2. Not adequate in quality; inferior: a poor performance.
3. Lacking fertility: poor soil.
4. Humble: a poor spirit.
