Some were staged but a lot had to be real, either way quite horrifying!
One aspect, especially here in Australia, is that people are human and make mistakes, usually a lack of concentration and your eyes are shifted off the road, only takes a second! Bang!
but the driver is treated as a criminal and relatives of victims want blood, fair enough if the person is not remorseful or was driving like an idiot but a lot are simply accidents, and to throw them in jail for so many years is an injustice IMO.
Governments can make as many laws as they want, making it harder to obtain a license, and trying to keep them all while driving is near impossible, we are human and with all these laws and probably more to come, will still have accidents!
Sad but true, the only way to stop them is to ban driving!
