That being said, i have checked that book in the captains cabin at the start
of my career, and concluded that it offers the same options as pressing the "M" button
where one can report contacts and ask for new orders (i havent checked the book after that first time). I am now in 1944 and ive been promoted once. Pressing "M" i have never seen
anything but the above mentioned options.
Are you saying that if i now access that book in the captains cabin, ill find more options?
If that is the case(or not.. as the case may be..heh), what is the point of having multiple "combat support units" shown on the map, where i can press on it, and within a certain area of that unit, order an auxiliary cruiser to appear, if not to resuply myself ?

In the stock game there is a folder with papers in it. I do not know what is in the MODs you use.
But in stock, if you click on the papers you get a tabbed set of papers, if you click on each tab it tells you what you can do and the requirement. When the new paper comes up on the left, it goes behind the first one so you have to select the edge of the paper to bring it to the front.
