Head straight to the Southwestern tip of Mindanio about 7 miles off the coast just after the Sulu Archipeligo She comes through the western opening near the Sulu Sea.
I found her at about 121° 30' E. 8° 30' N. Making about 10 knots.
She kind of follows the cost line. This was in stock so I don't know if any mods changed it.
If you go straight there you will be very early but she should show up in a day or two.
