Quick question to those running SHV...will this system run it ?

AMD Athlon 64FX-555 Processor, MMX, 3DNow, ~2.6GHz
3072MB RAM
NVIDA FX 8600 GT
256 MB

I am somewhat doubtful but willing to give it a shot if anyone things it might work...
