My fuel level is always 100%
After restarting the game I was able to resupply at the submarine base of Wilhelmshave
About the misssion, I missed two missions (the German blockade and the mission in Norway). I finished the patrol and I upgraded my submarine but the officer does not propose mission. Here is a screenshot.
