1.9 is far superior. You maight want to give it a shot (no pun intineded). I incorporate it with RSRDC and several mods including Max Optics 4, SMMO, and SCAF for for TMO1.9, among others. It is quite difficult and rarely is an attack run against a warship or convoy accompanied by dds easy, but its lots of fun.

If you install the Midway start mod, you lose the mission start dates introduced by RSRDC on your menu choices, at least in my case I did.
