Thats the victim mentality, recently there was a poster here who rather hilariously claimed that his skin pigmentation meant he was banned from government financial programs.
Hatred and racism in this world comes and goes in all directions, that you see it as mostly coming towards people with pale pigmentation is purely a matter of a narrow perspective.
