Well, there's comatose drinking and comatose drinking. You can take it literally, in that case I agree with you.
But around here, with comatose drinking we usually mean excessive drinking in a too short amount of time. Regardless of if you black out or not.
Heavy drinking can be really fun though. I go out quite a lot with a friend of mine whose drinking tempo is dangerously close to mine
(or actually a little above
). We usually end up drinking against each other. Not an 'official' match or something, but one of us just looks the other in the eye with a triumphant grin that says
"HAH! I'm faster than you! My beer is empty already while you've got half a glass left!" and that's when it gets really fun
Worst part of it, she's actually a girl
