As I am new to PC games, and Silent Hunter 5 is my very first game I am need of some advice.

My PC is connected to my 47in LCD TV. I first installed the game last night and gave it a go. Whilst inside the boat and pen, walking about is somewhat studdery. It is not smooth. Neither is rotation of the camera. My graphics card is a EN9500 GT with 1G of onboard RAM, so I don't think it is the card. I suspect it is a resolution setting. I have it set to the max setting of 1920 or so x 1080. Is that the issue? Do I need to set it lower to have smoother movement and transitions? Any hints would be helpful to a PC and subsim noob.

**********EDIT- From what I can tell, it turned out to be a video driver issue. The driver I had was 108.1 which is what the game warned me about. I found a 191.7 driver on the Asus website, downloaded and installed that and now things are working a lot better.
