There was
this one, but doesn't look like it's been updated since it was rolled into the two major UI mods already.
So I'd HIGHLY suggest using either reaper7's
High-Res UI mod or TheDarkWraith's
NewUI + TDC since both are spectacular and both have the upgraded rec manuals.
