Nvidia settings.

Not sure what driver version you are using, do you have nvidia control panel...if so try this settings, it is what I am currently using on my gt220 and all looks good

Under manage 3d settings. Click Program settings and add SH4.exe. Then

AF - Apllication Controlled
Antialiasing - Gamma Correction - Off
Antialiasing - Mode - Override
Antialiasing - Setting - 4x
Antialiasing- Transparency - 4x supersample
Extension limit - off
Maximum pre rendered - 3
Multi display - Single
Texture Filtering - Anisotropic - Off
Texture filtering - Negative LOD - Clamp
Texture filtering - Quality - High Quality
Texture filtering - Trilinear - Off
Threaded opt. - Auto
Triple buffering - off
Vertical Sync - Used 3d application

I have shortened some of the descriptions but if you have control panel you will get the drift.

I have played around with this myself for too many hours and this seems to give me the best results.

Give it a try
