The worst part about Cougars is the challenge where you have to kill 2 and skin 2 with your knife.
The worst part is when you're hunting Cougars and you find one, only to have 4-5 wolves attack you at the same time. The first time this happened I was too busy with the wolves, the cougar runs after a man on a horse and kills the man and the horse, and then ends up running from my gunfire because I was shooting the wolves.
As for Snakes, I first found one when I heard a rattle and my snake was being antsy, I look down and realized there was a snake on the ground. He received a revolver bullet. I've also noticed wolves attack snakes.
