Could you imagine if Arizona cut off their power, (then I'll add) and if utah followed suit and cut off the power and water. OMG kali-fornia would have to live within their means AND generate their own electricity and conserve water (see hollywood lifestyle)
Good thing they're into that green power, that should meet their consumption needs.
