I run with max settings, max AA on 1920x1080, not touching anything on nhancer and with the graphics card overclocked to 660/1370/1150 with EVGA Precision. The sim runs fine but it would be much better to be able to cap the fps. It stutters sometimes when fps suddenly rise to 50-60fps (so activating vsync doesn't help as I run it on a 60Hz monitor). Well I would suggest lowering your aa a little bit and enabling vsync. Thats what I did. I have a 4870.
