There are some like RFB and TMO (versions for 1.4 are not longer supported I think ).
But you should really wait for the Expansion with 1.5. Here are RFB 2.0 and TMO1.9 waiting for you with tons of amazing features.

And don´t forget the Uboat-missions together with OM (Operation Monsun)+OMEGU and a great variety of minor Addons. It´s a little bit like a modern SH3+GWX

, sadly without the fantastic SHCommander which was never made for SH4.
