Go to the Mexican embassy, explain her situation,"parents immigrated illegally when i was a small child, i dont have a home or relatives in Mexico blah blah" and at least apply for an emergency issuance of a student visa or something similar (I'm almost 100% positive the embassy would have a recommendation).
This would give her the legal right to be in the country for X amount of time...in the mean time, apply for United States Citizenship while continuing to attend school.

the situation she has been put in by her parents is just one more argument against illegal immigration and FOR securing our borders. Laws exist for a reason, and when those laws are no longer enforced or are outright ignored by a society... said society begins to fail.
