I don't think there are clickable stations, BUT you can edit Commands.cfg Located ( #:\Ubisoft\Silent Hunter 5\data\Cfg\Commands.cfg ) and edit your keys to jump around to various places. Try Jimimadrid's Keymaper MOD http://www.subsim.com/radioroom/showthread.php?t=168297
I have edited a couple spots to jump around to before & I think most of them work
