Indonesian law concerning dual nationality doesn't come into effect until the age of 18, so unless Obama suddenly at the age of 18 renounced his US citizenship and took Indonesian citizenship that cannot be the case.
Unless of course you can find a record of him renouncing his citizenship as an adult to take up Indonesian citizenship.
