I too cannot get my radar to switch on...have edited the files you mentioned Warlord but nothing.
It shows as installed when I am in dock...but when I go to sea and look in Subsystems I am not seeing it there, all i have is SJ Radar Cabinet.
Cant switch on.
Having a look externally at the sub (Sargo) there is a pole with two metal prongs coming off it (I assume this is the radar ??)
Any thoughts ?
