For example you hit the recharge mode to juice up your batteries and he'll confirm the order verbally, then you hear the switch being thrown and the batteries starting to charge. Most dive/ turn orders have a mechanical sound that runs along with them...very cool stuff that adds a lot to immersion. It also has all the files from the CommandsCombat V2 mod as well.
In addition it's a very good sound pack overall.
