Yep, the 'renown program code' is poor to be sure as it favors arcade players. I have always wondered if there could be an add-on to Commander or a renown utility. I wish I knew how to program (no I don't
). Anyway my view is not endorsed by the sim owners or Spongebob Squarepants. I just would like to say 'money does not exchange hands' to get upgrades!
A Kaleun walks into the showroom, Jimbuna's music wafting in the air.
"Yes, can I help you sir?"
"I'm looking for a new hydrophone, something with lots of new dials and whammies"
"Yes sir, we have a new model, you will be de-lighted!"
"How much is that? The Kaleun pulls out a fat wad of Monoploy money from a Parker Brothers game"
The salesman grabs the money, adjusts his eye glasses on his nose.
"Your change sir! We can have that delivered and installed this evening."
The Kaleun spots a shiny new engine workmen are wheeling into the show room.
"Say! that is a sweet hummer!! I am going to be out on patrol for 40-50 days. I'd like to put down a payment for lay-away"
"Sorry sir, that model is first come, first served."
"No problem, I can be back in just 20 days if I have to."
