Now you're getting into the weeds!
You can try opening NSS_Uboat21.sim in
S3ditor and change the max_speed value in E_propulsion. You'll find it under 15:unit_Submarine
I'm not very good with those kind of files (I tend to just play about with .cfg) so either someone will be along soon to put me right or, if it works, please let me know
