You might have to start disabling mods and see if the CTD goes away.
Either disable all mods and check the game(probably best) and then start adding mods or start at the bottom of the list and disable, check it and move up the list.

A pain in the ass, but it may be a mod conflict.

I went thru the same thing a couple of months ago.
