Ringelpietz-mit-Anfassen" that the EU so very competently envisioned for the Balkans, is so naive and maudlin that it brings pink, perfumed tears to my eyes whenever I think about it for too long.
Kind people, these all-mankind-embracing EU-philantropists, and so very
good at
heart!
Just so completely disconnected from reality.
But they mean it oh so well, so how could we dare to criticise them?
