If SH5 were about fleet boats my position would be the same. Treat me like a criminal, leave me to the mercy of a miserly three servers for the world which you can disconnect on a whim without warning, reducing the value of your "game" to that of a defective drink coaster (other game companies have done this), then ask me to trust you?

That's a joke worthy of Jay Leno.

I have supported both U-Boats and Fleet Boats at all times, publishing strategy and targeting tutorials for both. As a matter of fact, all my constant bearing attack methods for fleet boats came from my understanding and appreciation of U-Boat tactics. Don't confuse my historical position that U-Boats were an inappropriate weapon for the Germans to employ in their Atlantic war, which actually contributed measurably to their defeat with a lack of interest and passion for the fascinating machine that was the U-Boat. Nothing could be further from the truth.

I was ready, willing and able to purchase SH5. As I said, the money is still jingling in my pocket. Jingle! Jingle!

A lawsuit would be just plain silly. You knew what you were getting into when you bought this side show. Ubi would tear you apart in court and use you for kitty litter. Anyone who bought the game got what they purchased. A drink coaster. Even if they like the game, I give you even odds that it will become a drink coaster when Ubi unplugs the servers. Unless they downloaded it... Then the game will become wasted hard drive space.
