Well they do have their own paid testers, and it seems they are the ones that the devs are going by, and not us here.
But I can see why too, there's just too much muck and slime to read through to get to what we want and have reported.
It's much easier to listen to what their own in house testers have to say than sift though the thousands of post's here.

If we could be more calm and collected, and politely without insulting them to death and accuately report our findings they might well be able to listen.
But to get infromation here these days is like trying to hear a symphony play whilst having a loud and obnoxious rap star yelling all sorts of negative ranting over it.
