The ability to be able to select varrious dificulty settings/ game options etc, for the campaign as you start it, rather than just the generic Easy, Hard, Realistic, etc.
You should be able to do this without having to exit while in the bunker. This process is not an obvious (or logical) option in the interface design, hence why it has caught so many people out. Perhaps if the process were detailed in the game documentation it would be acceptable??
