I reinstalled SH5 3 times so far and never had any problems. After install I just click on launcher where I enter my Uplay username and pass.. and that's it.
Hard to understand why you ended up at the registration page... you don't need to register every time you install the game, just fill the user/pass fields in the game launcher and your good to go.
