I'm playing SH3 GWX at the mo (seriously rocks guys
) and I'd met up with a resupply boat in Cadiz which started me wondering how they transfered the torps from the ship to the sub.
Had a bit of a search and found that the torps were transfered via a winch, wrapped in lifejackets to the waiting sub (that was sitting with decks awash)
Anyhow I found this video (poor quality I'm afraid) that shows some of the operation and I thought I'd share it with you guys / gals.
Must have been back breaking work.
