but the last three job applications i have filled out in the previous 6 years have all specifically said
"Please
INCLUDE any and all traffic violations, vehicular accidents, OR any motor vehicle infractions of any type which resulted in a conviction."
other requested disclosures were the typical felonies AND misdemeanor offenses.
