Here's the missing stuff from the original patch notes back in late March:

Three weeks after the "wait one more week" (a month late from the originally promised release date) we're finally told it'll just be one more week and here's the new stuff we get (minus the old stuff listed above that's apparently been missed/removed/broke/whatever):
