Go to the mods section and there is a Mod called Mighty Fine Crew. Download that and it will fix your Morale problems
I agree with you though, Olaf is one stingee cook when it comes to cooking the crew a decent meal.. Those bloody ribs and steaks have been hanging from the top of the Crew Quarters for the entire bloody patrol!
