Thx for reminding me, here`s my "Flotillas.cfg" I`ve edited long time ago when I was trying to make VIIC historically accurate (9-11/1940).

VIIC should be working here as intended but I didn`t have a chance to get her since I didn`t get so far in campaign yet.
1.2 patch should make VIIC historically accurate anyway
