Cheerios have no cholesterol are low in fat and are made with several whole grains so they are quite healthy, even the honey nut ones. I use them as a snack food (IE no milk) a lot along with corn flakes.

Also the generic brands taste just as good, just the corn flakes tend to be smaller.
