That's "GKane", Adrian A. from the Ubisoft Romania office. He's not listed in the credits for Silent Hunter 5, so I'm assuming he's just some marketing dweeb from Ubisoft corporate.
He's the one that had been posting about Silent Hunter 5 to the official forums, he's the one running the community twitter feed and facebook for Silent Hunter 5 and he's the one that's
posted a total of 4 times on the official forums since the game came out.
If he was doing his job, we'd get more information I'm sure.
