I've watched a few episodes now. Basically they take two warriors that would have never met on the battlefield, evaluate their weapons and then pit them against each other 1 vs 1 or 5 vs 5 in a computer simulation. I'd say at least watch a couple for yourself and then decide if you like it or not, if for no other reason than to look at all the pretty weapons.
