Mat 0=data/menu/skins/german/gui/layout/Periscope_Mask_1024_SH5_OBS.dds
MatFlags=0x1
TexFmt=0x0

is missing from Page obs periscope in NewUIs_TDC_1_4_0_AllDials_TDC v1.4.0 (line 3185, 6 & 7)

Missing mask for all who are using all dials.

If you don't mind I fixed it.
