After reading this forum and seeing
, it really makes me wonder if the snorkel was left out of the game's core software. Is that possible?
I imagine the snorkel shows up in some user-editable files because they may have been left there by the devs. The software is by no means perfect and I think it's possible the snorkel could be one of the many casualties by imperfections in the hard coded software.
That's just my opinion, I could be wrong.
