I think the best bet right now is War in the Pacific: Admiral's Edition if you can take the insane micromanagement, detail and complexity (And also the rather high price). I've heard some good things about Shrapnel Games'
War Plan Pacific, which should be quite a bit simpler, but I have not played it.
There's also another game by Matrix coming out soon called
Storm Over the Pacific, but we'll have to wait and see how that one turns out.
