Once upon a time, in the long-suffering land of Romania, Ubisoft (in the Ivory Tower) called down to the poor people (The Devs) in the village at the base of the gleaming tower and asked how much time & money they'd need to produce another sequel in the Silent Hunter franchise. The Devs thought about it long and hard and gave them an answer. Ubisoft listened to their reply with a stern face, told them to cut both time & money by half or they'd lose their jobs and be unable feed their families....The End.
