I am runing GWX, Feb 1940, based in Kiel is the 1st Flotilla and just upgraded to a VIIB at the cost of 2500 Renown. On my 7th Patrol as the first 5 were all in a IIA. Those five torps don't go far
I cannot upgrade anything else though out of renown!
