Well i'm pretty sure its something i've done. including adding/removing mods while out on patrol. I used the starforce removal tool last night as my old copy of SH3 installed it and i didn't remove it when i bought the "revival" version for a fiver.
I've reverted one campaign to a previous save in port and had to delete one campaign as it was only on the first patrol so no real loss there.
