I have the same problem. I have fullfilled all missions (8 valuepoints) and I wanted to dock. It was imposible. So I reloaded game and docking was ok, but I cannot end TOTAL GERMANY. Im now at Lorient its 20 October and no missions no HAPPY TIMES. So I start load old save (12/1939) and it is now the same !! Can you help me, pls?
