Well I don't know if the land can be changed by a yearly basis. We do have a modder working on the land bit and he may know. But what could happen is having obstacles put in the way .. tho currently i'm not sure how that would happen as the mission program doesn't allow minefields or sub nets ..
(it just crashes)
But given how long it took to build them .. is it worth it?
