I would recommend putting some Polysporine or Neosporin on those wounds. Polysporin is the better of the two I think. That should prevent an infection.

I have been cleaning the wound with hydrogen peroxide, sanitizing it with alchohal OUCH !!!
then treating with some generic sporin something and applying bandages.
This is what it looked like this morning after removing the bangages
