OK the Bismarck is indeed in the stock SH4. Well I have the Harbour Traffic Mod enabled if that makes any difference?

Here is the screen shot I just took.

In my next game I will try to be there when she shows up

. Or I might even try to intercept the King Geroge and Rodney and take care of them before they can sink the Bismarck
