Here are the mods I have installed, in order:

Lifeboat & Debris mod
Torpedo damage Final ver 2.0
GWX - Enhanced Damage Effects
I have uninstalled and re-installed the lifeboat mod to see if that helps.
I have also installed the hi-res 1.4b mod.
